Opportunity for Artist

We are looking for an artist to work with a group of 10 young people in Richmond for four half-day sessions (one session per week over a four week period).  These sessions will be on different days each week and the project will start w/c 14 June.  There will be plenty of teacher support available.

The aim of the project is to try and help these young people to engage a bit more with school and they are going to create some kind of sculpture to display either inside or outside the school building.  We have been thinking about a junk metal sculpture but are open to suggestions around the materials used.  The artist will need to be CRB checked.

If you are interested in this project and would like more details, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Liza Dundon on email below.
